Our Story

Started Here, Still Here

Foxy Vacations began with one man, a phone, and a stretch of coast he already knew by heart. Kevin Fox got his start in Gulf Coast hospitality at Portofino Island Resort, then spent years running occupancy for beachfront condos before opening Foxy Vacations out of downtown Pensacola. The company grew the slow way, one owner and one repeat guest at a time. We still work like that. Every home we take on gets the same attention we would give our own, and every guest gets a real person on the other end of the phone.

Why the Gulf Coast

Emerald Water, Sugar Sand, Short Drives

This stretch of coast rewards people who know it. The water off Pensacola Beach turns a green you have to see to believe. Perdido Key stays quiet when the crowds head east. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are built for big family weeks, and 30A is a string of small towns you can bike between. Downtown Pensacola has Palafox Street, the Blue Angels overhead in season, and the Naval Aviation Museum a short drive away. We place guests where the trip they described will actually happen, not just where a home was open.

Kevin Fox

Kevin started out in Gulf Coast hospitality at Portofino Island Resort and spent years running occupancy for beachfront condos before founding Foxy Vacations. He still knows most of these streets by name, and he still answers the phone.

Director of Operations

Heather Walsh

Heather has always had a passion for travel, hospitality, and working with people. She began her career as a travel agent and, over the years, found her way into vacation rentals and property management—a natural fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, building relationships, and making things happen behind the scenes. As Director of Operations, Heather helps guide the day-to-day operations at Foxy Vacations, working closely with each department to keep everything running smoothly.
